Best CVS Extra Buck Deals to Roll Your ECB's on for the Weekly Ad of 12/16/2012

Here are the best deals to roll your extra bucks onto for the CVS weekly ad of 12/16/2012.  Each week Sarah makes a list of the extra buck deals that will use up the least extra bucks which makes them the best to roll current extra bucks onto.  I've decided to share the list with all of you as many have asked which deals are to best to roll into.

These will usually be the simplest deals, not ones where you need several of one coupon to make it work.  They are listed in least ECBs "lost" to the most "lost" and only go up to loosing $5 extra bucks.  Only the coupons which will make them the amount shown will be listed--not all that are available.  (Clarification:  "Lost" is used to note how many extra bucks you will use up on the deal--if you pay with a $5 extra buck and earn a $3 extra buck you've "lost" $2; some people refer to it as "burning" extra bucks).

They are listed from least extra bucks lost after you receive the new extra bucks to most lost.  They are not listed necessarily in the least extra bucks needed to do the transaction.  Also, some of the deals will be better
if you have more than one of each coupon--but Sarah always includes  just one insert or two printable coupons in her scenarios.

Thank you for the deals! I LOVE CVS!! I do have a suggestion, and it's just my opinion - but I don't like how the headings of each deal says how much you'll lose -. It just has more of a negative connotation to what should be a positive money saving idea - and it doesn't really excite me to "Lose" money. I much prefer the headings of Only $2 - save $5 off retail price!! - or whatever - (if it's really a good deal) - as opposed to Lose $2. Just my 2 cents. Thanks again for the deals!!

I think it's a great idea!!!! And I honestly believe it's worded that way to simplify for those who may not fully understand: "Lose $2" is as direct as possible! Haha ;-) Thanks for all your insight. As a CVS employee, it helps me with certain aspects of my job AND of course, helping me save even more $!

i like it with the lose.. please don't change it. If it said save it would sound like another advertisment instead of being real. It puts it right out there, how much we would sacrafice for the product without the bull.
