Sneak Peek at Freebies for CVS Black Friday 2012

I have not seen an ad yet for CVS Black Friday 2012, but here is a type up of the free after extra buck items--this is all the detail I have.  I'll bring the ad as soon as I see it. EDITING TO ADD:  This is a type up from the managers' order sheet, not the ad.  Sometimes the ad has changes when it comes out.

Hi Cheryl! Hope all is well with you. I've never shopped at CVS on Black Friday before, so I'm a little excited about this! Do you know when the ad usually comes out? As scheduled ~ the Sunday before? Also, are the limits usually just one (1) or more? I'm sure you've shopped before on Black Friday so thought you'd be the perfect person to ask! :) Also, do you know if they issue rain checks on these items? (I have a litte-bitty CVS so I'm sure they will be out of most things by the time I get there ~ almost every week they are out of a lot "deal" items so I'm starting used to that at this point. I just always get a rain check & alot of times that works out better for me anyway; although it does mess up my "list" and math every trip!) Anyway, thanks for sharing this sneak peak!

Hi, Tammy! I just posted the four day ad which looks like it is their big ad, but it is Sunday thru Wednesday--go figure. Most limits are usually 1 and some stores give rain checks and some don't. They do seem to stock up, but they do run out. Two years ago we were the only people in the store, last year the shelves were empty after 30 minutes. Crazy! I'll bring the 3-day ad as soon as I see it.

A lot of the deals include buying an item and then getting the same amount in an extra bucks reward making it essentially free. Those deals are limited to 1 usually (one ECB reward), the other sales typically wont have a limit. I got a lot of rain checks for items last year and used them throughout the year with my coupons!
