CVS Ad Scan Preview for the Week of 4/15/2012

Here is the CVS ad scan preview for the week of April 15, 2012.  I will be putting up coupon match-ups for the deals before that week.  Meanwhile, you can see if there are any coupons you'd like to print for items on sale at RedPlumSmartSource, Coupon Network or Coupons.  Remember, you can almost always print two of each coupon.

If you'd like to find other coupons for CVS sale items I do not do each week, check out these instructions on where to find them.

Will CVS still track the items/can we do separate transactions to get the free Wisk or do we have to buy $20 worth of products in the same shopping trip to get the free Wisk?

These types of free product deals all need to be in one transaction. They scan the Wisk also and it will be zeroed out at the end of the transaction.

I had a problem with the free cottonelle this week - the cashier had to manually put it through for free because neither of us could figure out the system. At first we scanned everything and the cottonelle and it didn't adjust to free, so we thought maybe a coupon would print at the end? So we rang up without it and no coupon came so she just gave me it for free after the fact. A little confusing though!!!

Nice to have such an obliging cashier, Stephanie, with that problem. I wonder what the problem was. Glad it worked out.

Hi, I just reread your post on how to use rainchecks and I am still a bit confused. I see that next week the Lysol Healthy touch hand soap dispensers are $6.99 and there will be a $3.00 coupon coming in the insert. I have a raincheck from when the Lysol healthy touch dispensers were $9.99 get $5.00EB back. Can I combine these deals? Meaning can I buy the Lysol healthy touch at $6.99, use the $3.00 coupon, and still redeem the $5.00 EB from the raincheck? Thank you for all your help!

Ecilef, since your rain check says "$9.99 get $5" they will readjust the price to $9.99 so you can't combine them. If your rain check just said buy one and get $5 then it would work. It is possible you could have a cashier who would just scan the product and then issue the $5 extra buck, but it is unlikely.
