Share Your CVS Shopping Trip for the Weekly Ad of 2/19

Simply CVS Gift Card ChallengeDid you find any good deals  from the CVS Weekly Ad of 2/19 to purchase?  Are you taking the Simply CVS. CVS Gift Card Challenge?  If you blog about your shopping trip I'd love for you to put a link to your post (a link back would be appreciated, but is not necessary); and if you don't blog please leave a comment below.  I really enjoy seeing what others get and it is a great way to learn how to CVS.  I learned from reading and reading and reading what others did. I am still learning!

If you have a linky on your blog and are linking up here, add "link up" to
your title below so readers can link up at your blog, too.
PLEASE NOTE:  ONLY link up to your CVS shopping post directly, all others will be removed.  I have had readers mention too many links are not to CVS shopping posts.
If you are doing the challenge please note that in your link title below.

1st transaction: I bought 2 Skintimate Shave Creams for $3.59 each (got back $8 in ECB's)
    Cold Calm deal

    2nd transaction:
Bought the Sensationail @ $59.99, had a $10 off coupon next to the product, used a $10 off $50 coupon, and got back $20 in CVS Cashcards.

I'm also going to hit my Beauty Club Rewards twice from that purchase.

Patrice, some weeks are like that :-(.

Deal Seeker, I like to figure my shopping trips like that sometimes: What I spent out of pocket for all of it would have covered just one product's cost normally. Another great week for you.

Anon, you had a great grand slam with that Sensationail: coupons, store coupon, cashcards and beauty club! Gotta love it!

I had a really good week (will post trip details later) but I got 2 skintimate shaving creams on 2 different transactions and didn't get any extra care bucks for them :( I saw people saying it was working again now and a limit of 6. I had bought 4 before so I figured I should be able to get 2 more. There wasn't a sign for it so the guy at the register didn't want to give me the extra bucks and I didn't push it since there wasn't a sign. Would this be one to call CVS services you think? I might just return one of them.

Anon, if I may ask, did the SensatioNail ring up 2 $10 cash cards? How did you get $20 in cash cards? I thought that was a separate deal from the Spend $30, get a $10 cash card.. at least that is how it has worked before for me... Just wondering :

I was thinking the Sensational would give back 2 cash cards because it is so close to $60. Great trip!

That Skintimate deal really seems tricky--I have not done it. It may be worth a try calling, and if they say you shouldn't get the ECBs then you could take them back. They are really helpful and pleasant.

I need help trying to figure out how to spend my $52 in extra care bucks... any scenario ideas? thank you

@ Anon. Try the Sensational Nail stuff. Buy 3 of those use the coupons listed above, add some extra stuff (that will give you ECBs) and you should get back 5 $10cash cards. (which is the limit per week)
