CVS Ad Scan Preview for the Week of 12/11/2011

Here is the CVS ad scan preview for the week of December 11.  I will be putting up coupon match-ups for the extra buck deals, grocery deals, dollar or less deals and household deals before that week.  Meanwhile, you can see if there are any coupons you'd like to print for items on sale at RedPlumSmartSource, Coupon Network or Coupons.  Remember, you can almost always print two of each coupon.

Thanks to Didie at We Use Coupons for the CVS ad scan.  Simply CVS is part of the grocery gathering at BeCentsAble.

If you'd like to find other coupons for CVS sale items I do not do each week, check out these instructions on where to find them

hi so i saw the makeup thats listed bogo %50off in store on clearance and im sure it'll last til next weeks deal,,so my question is does the bogo apply to clearance?

I never say never with CVS, strange things happen, Ami, but it should not apply. The cosmetic clearance signs always say something to the affect that no other discounts/deals apply.

So, I have a $5 EB coupon that is going to expire Friday and there was nothing I needed this past week or this coming week.. I do plan on buying 2 Blistex Lip Balms since I have a B1G1 coupon, but I will still have $4 in EB left.

Do you have any suggestions on what I should buy from this week's ad? (Sadly, my region doesn't have the 3 greeting card sale.) Thanks!

K, check out the $5 scenario in this post:
http://www.simplycvsshopping.com/2011/12/5-10-scenarios-for-weekly-ad-of.html .

You can use the $5 ECB on those two items and get $3 back to roll later. Or just do the first one with the Blistex and that will be your $5 and you will get $1 back to use next week.

But if you did the two transactions listed together you could then use the $1 ECB on the Blistex in a second transaction.
