Physician's Formula CVS Extra Buck Deal Limit Increased Week of 9/4

The Physician's Formula extra buck deal limit has been raised from one to two per card.  Sometimes the limits change from the time the ad is printed and are more than advertised.  It must be checked out separately to earn the bucks.  After your first purchase the bottom of your receipt should not show limit reached. After your second transaction it should.  Thanks to Didie at We Use Coupons for letting us know.

Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering why mine did not show limit reached. I even looked at the ad to check what the limit was. Now I know it can change :)

I'm a little slow on the uptake this morning. Does this mean if you spend over $10 in the first transaction it won't count towards the second? You'd have to start again with a new transaction?

Either way, it's a pretty good deal! I always figure and extra $1 in ECB's for every $10 I spend when I'm buying beauty products because I'm signed up for the club. So, in my head I'm really getting $8 for spending $10. Does that make sense?

Yes, Pat, it does not count towards the second (or should I say, no, it does not count?). I always forget about figuring the beauty club--I need to remember to do that.
