$5 & $10 Scenarios for the Weekly Ad of 9/18/2011

Below are deal scenarios for the CVS ad for the week of 9/18 for shoppers just starting their CVS shopping adventure or who do not have any or many extra bucks on hand and do not want to spend much cash.  There are scenarios for $5 out of pocket cash and $10 out of pocket cash.

You can save the extra bucks left from the last transaction for next week’s extra buck deals and have even less out of pocket, or you could use them towards some of the CVS deals this week or other sale items.

NOTE:  There is a Sun - Tues only deal and Sarah put it in the final transaction--so you can skip it if you shop on the other days of the week.

NOTE #2:  After Sarah did this a $1.50/1 Printable sign up required coupon came out for Carmex.  It is in the $10 transaction #3--so if it is still available you can use it and throw in another item for $1.50 or just don't pay the $.99 out of pocket for that transaction and loose a little of your ECB.

there is a deal on revlon product get $5 ecb a limit of 6. My question is can If i bought 1 & got $5 ecb, can I use the $5 ecb to buy the same item? is it going to print another $5 ecb? I hope I'm not confusing anyone with my question. I know at walgreens you cannot use the rewards to buy the same item, it will not print another rewards.

thanks in advance.

At Walgreens you wouldn't be able to do that, but you can definitely do it at CVS :)
So yes, go for it!

Hi! I like the way your daughter post $5 & $10 deal scenario. The OOP money is what she spend. Love it that way. Sometimes people post something like this. Bit on their let say they it's a $20 scenario but on 1st trans they paid $24+ OOP & they received $5 reward & then put the total being $19 OOP but it's not they paid $24 OOP. But for me that is not what OOP means.

Anyway, Ms. Cheryl o just wanted to thank your daughter for posting this type of scenario.
