Nice to Be Missed at CVS When I Don't Shop

Gotta love my CVS staff.  As I shared yesterday**, I am going to try and take off  the rest of August from CVS shopping for a needed rest.  Sarah and I always shop together and yesterday she went alone.  The manager, assistant manager and my favorite cashier all asked where I was and was anything wrong.

The manager noted she had missed seeing me last week, too, the assistant threatened to come and get me and drag me in as I was not allowed to play hooky, and my favorite cashier (and photo manager) sent me this sweet note--she usually calls me "Mrs. X,".  Maybe I can miss the deals for four weeks because of a nice stockpile, but missing my CVS "family" may be too much :-).

Do you shop at just one CVS mainly?  Have you gotten to know your CVS staff?

By the way--**Simply CVS is NOT taking a break, just Cheryl from her Monday shopping.  There may have been some confusion there.

Aww! That's so sweet. There are a few customers I miss seeing when they stop coming. Usually it's just a vacation or a short illness. Even if you just stop in to say 'hi' can be nice. ^_^

I totally LOVE my CVS people! In Clanton AL they are super nice. I just earned 33.00 in extra bucks as well and they were so excited when it printed. The pharmacy is also exceptional. They have that place running like a machine! Always so clean and stocked! Such helpful and wonderful people!

How sweet! I do shop just at one, even thou we have them at just about every corner (south Florida). I stopped in Saturday to get something before the sale ended and the cashier said to me "see you tomorrow"! She's come to recognize me...I thought that was so sweet:)

Actually, a few weeks ago I complimented the manager on how nice her staff is, esp. with people using coupons and their extra bucks. I think she appreciated it.

The CVS staff are some if the nicest people! Here in Kennebunk, ME the staff always welcomes you and makes you feel like family!! I'm not surprised that they missed you!

I shop at more than one and you'd think I'd learn my lesson by now..lol. I always regret chasing a deal instead of just getting a rain check!

Two favorite cashiers, one is also a manager who coupons so I share my extras. They know I donate a lot to the domestic assault shelter so they try and help me at the register if a deal goes haywire..lol.

That is really sweet of them to feel that way about you. I try to be nice and courteous to the staff at my CVS, but they are always so busy I don't think some of them notice it. I make sure all my coupons and ECBs are in order and ready for a quick checkout to make their day less stressful, but not much time for small talk cause there is always a line. Sure glad Simply CVS Shopping isn't going anywhere.

I have 2 CVS's about .5 miles apart. I normally shop at the smaller one because the people are so nice.
When I first started shopping there, I had an issue with a transaction and it led to a somewhat heated discussion with the shift supervisor. I ended up getting what I wanted, but felt bad afterwards.
So I sat and wrote a nice letter to CVS Corporate praising the shift supervisor and her staff.
I went in a few weeks later, and there were no bad feelings.
And now its the only location I shop in. The SS gives me the circulars in advance and lets me know when things are going to be marked down. I love my CVS!

That's really nice.

I go to the same CVS every week but they must rotate their schedule. I never have the same cashier and I usually go early on Sunday.

Sometimes taking a break is a good thing, and you surely need your rest.

I have three different CVS stores that I rotate between, but I have gotten to know a couple of the people at each store.
