SwagBucks
You probably have already seen me discuss Swag Bucks as I have been doing it for years and they recently added CVS gift cards which thrilled me to no end. Swagbucks is my favorite of all the programs and I believe it is the quickest to earn on. There are dozens of ways to earn Swag Bucks, here are several:

- Searching the web thru their search engine
- Daily Polls -- one simple question with 4 multiple choice answers (win 1)
- Surveys -- win 1 just for clicking on it and then take surveys for more
- Tool Bar -- win daily just for having the tool bar on whenever you bring up the browser it is in (once a day)
- Special Offers -- two ways: scroll thru daily special offers for a few Swagbucks or participate in others and win
- Referrals -- you earn as your referrals earn from searching (up to the first 1000 points)
- Shop Online -- they offer several national online stores that if you place your order after going thru the Swagbucks webpage you will earn
- Trade Ins -- they take trade ins of old cellphones, MP3s, video games and consoles
- Swag codes -- special codes they put out for an hour or two that when entered gives you Swagbucks
I shared recently an easy plan to Earn a $10 CVS Gift Card Monthly with little time involved and also have been doing a Swag Bucks 101 series on the numerous ways you can earn; you can see an index here of all the lessons I have finished. So if you haven't joined Swag Bucks yet and decide to, come back and read the lessons to see all the ways you can earn. Some readers have reported winning when they search for Simply CVS!

MyPoints has been around for quite awhile. I shop online a few times a year thru MyPoints, but otherwise I earn from the emails, searches, surveys and offers and I have been able to earn a $10 GC every couple of months. You do earn from referrals to MyPoints, too. I haven't had a referral in over a year and they have changed how it works so I am not familiar with that but you send out emails to friends and earn points based on their activity). MyPoints sends out plastic gift cards.
Two of the enjoyable parts of Gather, to me, is the wonderful pictures people put up they have taken. If you enjoy photography there are a lot of people there you can connect to on Gather who would enjoy looking at yours and sharing theirs with you. And the great people you meet (that is where I got to know FrugalMom who you see me mention often).
Gather shares its revenue with members thru rewarding points for activity on the site. They do not reveal exactly how points are rewarded, but basically you earn the most for getting your articles viewed (thus the articles being posted about hot topics that will be found on search engines). You also earn for viewing others' posts but supposedly not as much. I don't know if you earn for referrals or not. Gather is one of the more time consuming programs to earn on and I have not had the time in the past year to participate, but if you like social networks you may really enjoy it. And tho I am not active now, I still earn from the photos and posts I put up before as people continue to view them.
You may feel lost at first on the site, but within a few days you'll be receiving and sending friend requests and commenting on other's articles and posting your own and earning points to cash out for payment. Here are some examples of posts on Gather: recipes (Elizabeth's), photos (Sarah's), frugal shopping trips (Cheryl's), photo essay (FrugalMom's) and one in a series of posts (Cheryl's).

EDITING 3/1/2012: Gather Recently stopped offering CVS gift cards, but they do offer Paypal which can be used for CVS shopping.
Superpoints
Superpoints is an online earning site that rewards members with points that can be turned in for Paypal, Amazon gift cards, other gift cards and prizes (no CVS GCs yet). The Amazon gift cards can come in handy for buying printer ink and paper for coupons and Paypal can be used for CVS shopping trips. You can find a description of the program in this recent post: An Introduction to Superpoints--it is slow at first, but as you learn more and get more referrals you will be cashing out every week. It is an "invite only" program my referral link is: http://superpoints.com/refer/castingbread2--you can find other readers' invite links in the post link above and after you join, you can stop back by this post: Superpoints ~ Great Way to Earn Amazon GCs, Paypal or Others ~ Share Your Referral Links and add your invite link in a comment and hopefully you will get referrals to sign up.
Quick Rewards
One new place I have discovered that offers CVS gift cards is Quick Rewards. I am new to Quick Rewards and am not real familiar with it but it appears to be much like MyPoints. You can receive emails, click on ads on the homepage, do trivia, referring others, etc. You can cash out for gift cards or Paypal. I have read that you can cash out for Paypal when you only have $3 dollars and that some people earn that in less than 3 days without a lot of effort. If you are interested you can join thru this referral link of Sarah's.
Quick Rewards is limited to one account per household. I am not familiar how Quick Rewards issues the gift cards--as it is still new to Sarah and she hasn't cashed out yet.
Free CVS Gift Cards can make shopping at CVS even funner. And if you can earn enough, you can splurge on some items without deals and know you are getting them for free. Do you participate in any online earning sites? Do you know of others that offer CVS gift cards? I would love to hear of your experiences.
Be sure and read the terms of service on all of these sites so you don't loose your account for misuse. This post contains some referral and affiliate links.

Thanks for all this wonderful information. I have always been intimidated by CVS just because I didn't know how it worked. Your site has the best information and I have bookmarked it so I can come back to learn more.
Great, Beth, I hope it is clear and you learn well and soon enjoy the savings.
