My wife and I use the CVS on the corner of Route 46 and 422 in Niles Ohio. They are professional and helpful.When I had neurosurgery in 2009 they even helped me to get items to the car.
The pharmacy is very busy but they always have time to answer any questions. EXTRA BUCKS are cool also. God Bless,

COMPLIMENT for JENNIFER: I would be remiss if I did not stop and recognize Jennifer (CVS 110 Carroll Ave NW DC). I have patronized CVS @ 110 Carroll Ave from November 2011 to date. I must Compliment her sincere manner in which she greets me each time I enter and Thanks me on exit at that location- as I have also observed how in the same warm, genuine manner she greets all CVS customers. Jennifer – is about business and attentive to the customers shopping needs - yet also warm and friendly, as compared to the other CVS employee that I have to ask for help. When Jennifer is on duty (in the AM). You don’t need to look for help or ask for help –she is there asking, “What you need” and will lead you where the item is located on the shelf.

I want to recognize JOSHUA at the CVS store in Las Vegas, NV (2955)for outstanding customer service. While checking out a price did not ring up correctly. He took extra time to ensure that I was charged the correct amount. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you for having great employees like Joshua!
