Quarterly Extra Bucks Printing @ CVS & Emails Sent Out with $/$$ Coupons

The Summer quarterly extra bucks have started printing at CVS and they are sending out emails telling you about it with $/$$ coupons to print that expire Monday.  Last quarter I didn't get any and so I didn't get an email either.  I haven't gotten an email yet this quarter so I probably didn't get any this time.  It is 2% of your spending given in increments of $.50.  But it is the total after coupons used and since I only pay tax 99% of the time I often do not get anything.  But check your emails and your receipts!  You can also print these extra bucks from your account at CVS.com.

.50 cents here too!! I used my husbands new card once for Sobe and he got $2.5... it says $132 summer spending..

I called CVS yesterday to report a horrible experience i had at a store. Next thing you know, I've stopped receiving coupon filled emails :(

Jesicca, that's quite a bit on your husbands. Should be after coupons--nice. I have never heard of emails stopping because of a phone call--they really want to know. someone once said they change quarterly how they give customers coupons so maybe it has just changed, let's hope it wasn't for the call.

I got $1.50! Must be spending too much at CVS. This is a little off topic, but are you guys still getting coupons from the coupon center every time you go? I'm only getting them the first time I go for the week. The last 3 times (all at different stores) I've gotten "no coupons available today, check back tomorrow". Just curious.

LOL, Elizabeth! I have read about others not getting coupons more than once a week for the last few weeks. I haven't been in more than once day (not at all this week)so I don't know. I will be interested to hear what others have to say.

I got back $5.50
But in my defence I spent all that money before I found about all the coupons deals and found this website.

Okay for this time, Deborah, but we want to see that down for next quarter. LOL I have actually been thinking of spending more at CVS on some of their other food/household sales without using extra bucks so mine may go up. I have been so busy with this site the last 6 months we have been living off our stockpile and it is disappearing fast and I need to get restocking. So I will be looking closer at CVS deals and change my game plan slightly. So glad you have found great savings here.

And your trip today sounds like some great CVS fun!! Getting paid to shop!

Cheryl thats what helped me, I buy my milk there every week. 2 gallons a week really adds up I also buy some grocerys on sale and have been for a while.

Actually, I am thinking if I change my game plan I'll save more overall even though I will have more out of pocket. And at least I should get the quarterly $/$$ email :-). I may still get something, I think I should get 50 cents, but not sure. I do need to get back to shopping more.

My summer spending was approx. 350.00, but I have a ton of medicines I get each month. My Quarterly Bonus was $22.00! Of course I didn't know that it had to be spent all at once. I only had a short list...needless to say I spent over and hour scouring the store looking for good deals! My total savings was $54.36 and my out of pocket was .86! I even scored one of the women's bathrobes that are normally 40.00 priced at 4.99! It is so soft and snuggly! All in all a GREAT CVS day for me! I had back surgery last Thursday and was going crazy just sitting at home with hubby hovering over every move I made, but at the same time he wasn't doing a darn thing to help around the house! LOL He took vacation time to take care of me...he should have went to work as I have been doing all my normal daily things!
Will be getting my coupon binder all set up and ready for my Friday payday shopping. I have graduated from savvy saver to super saver! LOL Will be passing down my double wallet organizer (that I just spent $20 on 2 months ago) to my BFF who is just starting out and learning from me as I learn MORE from You! Keep up the fantastic work!!

How fun, Stacey, to advance and now teach. Yes, getting those large extra bucks can be a trial to spend. Enjoy your first shop with your new binder!
