CVS sells a magazine for $.99 called "Reinventing Beauty" that is often found at the check out or on a shelf in the beauty section. Inside the magazine (issued monthly or so) are two to three pages of coupons. Some of the coupons are CVS coupons and some are manufacturer coupons. If the UPC starts with a 4 it is a CVS coupon and can be combined with a manufacturer coupon for the same product, if it starts with 5 it is a manufacturer coupon. Often there are some of the inserts, free for the taking, beside the magazines or near the weekly ads.
I have found in the past that many of these coupons coincide with the extra buck deals for the weeks they are in the magazine. The total savings in the current issue is $26. Here is a list of the coupons included:
