CVS Green Bag Tag

CVS has a "green" program which rewards you for using your own shopping bag.  They sell "green bag tags" for $.99 and when you shop and refuse a bag they scan the tag and with four scans you earn a $1 extra buck.  So you actually earn $.25 for each time you use your own bag but the extra buck does not print until you've used it four times.  It can only be scanned once a day.
The week of 4/18/2010 is a great time to purchase your tag.  It is one of the extra buck deals:  buy 1 green bag tag get $.99 extra bucks--so free.

You can find them hanging by the checkout, by the ads and I also saw a new display for Earth Day with them on.  Here are the details of how the tag works from the CVS website:

ExtraCare cardholders get extra green for going green.
