$5 & $10 CVS Scenarios for the Weekly Ad of February 1, 2015

Below are deal scenarios for the CVS ad for the week of 2/1/2015.   There are pain relief items and Tide in both scenarios this week.  These are great for shoppers just starting their CVS shopping adventure or who do not have any or many extra bucks on hand and do not want to spend much cash. Five Dollars CVS Scenario:
TOTAL CASH:  $4.97 + tax (or $3.97 + tax if you saved your $1 ECB from last week’s scenario)

CVS Extra Buck Deals & the Best to Roll Current ECB's Onto for the Weekly Ad of 2/1/2015 with Coupon Match-ups

 http://www.simplycvsshopping.com/search/label/rolling%20extra%20bucks

Here are the coupon match ups for extra buck deals for the CVS weekly ad of February 1, 2015.   This is a good week for pain relief items - good deals on both Bengay & Excedrin!

These include the best CVS extra buck deals for rolling.  Each week I make a list of the extra buck deals that will use up the least extra bucks which makes them the best to roll current extra bucks onto.  These will usually be the simplest deals, not ones where you need several of one coupon to make it work.  They are listed in least ECBs "lost" to the most "lost" up to loosing $5 extra bucks.  They are not listed necessarily in order of the least extra bucks needed to do the transaction.

Some of the deals will be better if you have more than one of each coupon--but I always include just one insert or two printable coupons in my scenarios since that is what is available to the greatest number of readers.

(Clarification:  "Lost" is used to note how many extra bucks you will use up

CVS Deal Shopping Trip for 1/25/2015 Ad ~ 25¢ Hallmark Cards ~ Saved 91%

If you read my other blog Sarah's Scribblings you know I enjoy sending mail, so I was quite excited about the buy 3 get $3 ECBs back on cards at CVS.  At my store it was Hallmark and you could buy 3 at $0.99 and still get the $3 ECB, so free.  I believe the same is true at stores that carry American Greetings.  ...but there was a more expensive one I needed as part of getting ready for the "A Month of Letters Challenge" plus I had a 25% off email and Buy 2 get 1 free up to $2.99 scanner coupon, so I spent a little bit more and still got got three for $0.74 with rolling ECBs. Plus, I'll get rewarded for buying these.  If you haven't yet, I encourage you to sign up for Hallmark Card Rewards.  Every time you buy and record 3 cards, you qualify for a reward, sometimes there's nothing too great, but I have got a $5 Amazon Gift card before!   The back two cards in the photo are kind of hidden on the off chance one of the recipients should read this post.

Hallmark Valentine's Day Cards for less than 25¢ each after coupons & extra bucks.

Cash Paid:  $.73

Amount Saved:  $7.24  or 91%

Extra Bucks Used:  $3.00

Extra Bucks Received:  $3.00  (Buy 3 cards get $3 ECB)
