$5 & $10 CVS Scenarios for the Weekly Ad of April 19, 2015

Below are deal scenarios for the CVS ad for the week of 4/19/2015.   There's floss this week-maybe if we used it more we'd save money on dental care, too!   These are great for shoppers just starting their CVS shopping adventure or who do not have any or many extra bucks on hand and do not want to spend much cash. There are scenarios for $5 out of pocket cash and $10 out of pocket cash.

You can save the extra bucks left from the last transaction for next week’s extra buck deals and have even less out of pocket then, or you could use them towards some of the CVS deals this week or other sale items from this week's CVS Weekly Ad.

Five Dollars CVS Scenario:
TOTAL CASH:  $4.99 + tax (or $2.99 + tax if you saved your $2 ECB from last week’s scenario)
EXTRA BUCKS REMAINING:  $1
MERCHANDISE VALUE:  $7.99 sale priced

CVS Extra Buck Deals & the Best to Roll Current ECB's Onto for the Weekly Ad of 4/19/2015 with Coupon Match-ups

 http://www.simplycvsshopping.com/search/label/rolling%20extra%20bucks

Here are the coupon match ups for extra buck deals for the CVS weekly ad of April 19, 2015.   There are some first aid items included this week.

These include the best CVS extra buck deals for rolling.  Each week I make a list of the extra buck deals that will use up the least extra bucks which makes them the best to roll current extra bucks onto.  These will usually be the simplest deals, not ones where you need several of one coupon to make it work.  They are listed in least ECBs "lost" to the most "lost" up to loosing $5 extra bucks.  They are not listed necessarily in order of the least extra bucks needed to do the transaction.

Some of the deals will be better if you have more than one of each coupon--but I always include just one insert or two printable coupons in my scenarios since that is what is available to the greatest number of readers.

(Clarification:  "Lost" is used to note how many extra bucks you will use up

CVS Deal Shopping Trip for 4/12/15 Ad ~ Saved $18 or 99%

I did not receive any CVS email coupons this week and there was not much in the ad that I was interested in.  I was still able to pick up $18 worth of free products by using sales, coupons and extra bucks.  I brought home $3 less in extra bucks than the $5 Beauty Club extra buck I spent, but I still have several left from earlier weeks so I am still set with a good supply for next week's deals.

The writing tablets and scouring sponges were on clearance for 25 cents each.

Cash Paid:  $ .13 (plus tax)

Amount Saved:  $ 18.06  or 99%

Extra Bucks Used:  $ 5.00

Extra Bucks Received:  $2.00 (on the Total Home products)
